Play Tunnel

Publication details: LakeshoreDescription: This tunnel is made from strong durable materials that were made to last, and it collapses down for easy storage. It can be used indoors or outdoors. It provides an opportunity for indoor gross motor play when the weather doesn't permit outdoor play. While it can be used in the traditional way for coordination and motor skill practice, it can be a useful tool to support children with disabilities as well. The tunnel can be used during transitions from one activity to another to give children who need heavy work the opportunity to calm themselves and get ready to learn. Add a ball to push through the tunnel for added heavy work. It can also be used as a safe calming space for children who are overstimulated by too much activity or light or clutter. Add some sensory toys inside for a calming experience. Note: Adult supervision required
